I tried Eldritch Automata, an upcoming mecha-horror RPG. (>>96249354 was me). Doesn't lend itself to photos like models do, so here's a screenshot from the quickplay rules that does a pretty reasonable job of encapsulating the game as a whole. Small caveat that the event was run *with* the quickplay rules, so there may be mechanics in the full game that we didn't use.

Mechanically it's D6, there's 4 stats with 3 skills each, roll D6s equal to the total of stat+skill plus additional dice from gear. Succeed on a 6, multiple successes stack, reroll your pool at the cost of stress, stress adds additional dice to all rolls but any 1 on a stress dice fucks your mental state right up. There are a couple of alternative ways to also fuck your mental state up. There's also a relationships-as-resources mechanic for all your interparty drama simulation needs.
