I sometimes walk with a flashlight but not very often. Nights here are pitch black unless the moon is out on clear nights. And it gets dark around 14:00 in the afternoon during winter.

I live in the middle of nowhere. Nearest neighbor is exactly 1203 meters away south west of me (it's marked on the property map). Nothing but forest and a barren field around me.
Right now the moon is up so I got some light, otherwise it's pitch black.
