his last name (nieneker) is dutch but I have literally never seen a dutchman that looks like that. there are all kinds of mutts in america, and many of them hide their mutt heritage out of shame. hes likely a spic/white hybrid which is very common in southwestern states. picrel is a mexican/white hybrid, but with a full white name (alan filion). never would have known he was half mexican until I read the police report which stated his mom was hispanic.
