According to the Sumy Regional Prosecutor's Office, Russia launched approximately 15 drones at a residential area of the city shortly after midnight. The National Police initially reported 12 casualties, including two children, but the number of injured later rose to 14.
Among the wounded were a family with three boys, aged five months, four, and six. The attack destroyed or damaged at least 13 private homes, an apartment building, and other structures.
