>Third Anniversary next week
>Thread is dead

K.A.N.'s key point was the disappointing lack of development support (QoL, features) that people were coping/hoping for in anniversary which is often seen as an opportunity for big shake-ups by the devs. And the gifts, while welcome, essentially bribed a certain amount of players into ignoring the lack of development support.
I hardly think putting the burden on players to slow down is the answer - people will take advantage of the tools presented to them and sold to them in order to gain an advantage and advance their accounts faster.
And the vast majority of the piecemeal QoL updates were to existing, already supported features, while the central focus of this and many other similar threads is in regards to neglected features, like the Outpost and shops.
