Six years of Langrisser and counting. That game never made the charts outside probably the first month. Zlong is used to this shit and know they don't need to make nikke (or whatever the fuck is called) numbers, it's going nowhere anytime soon.

>mfw I graduated in 2008 with a double major in English and Classics

I had departmental scholarships on top of college scholarships (hence my choice in major), so at least it was free sans the missed wages for having gone to college ofc. I would tell you and say it gets better or that you will come into your own or hit your stride, but that would be a lie. I have had at least three major career paths--customer service slave, advertising/marketing corpo slave, and higher education bitch. If you're a recent graduate in either computer science or software engineering, you have my sincere condolences as you will join the legion of the unemployable like those who majored in the humanities and the social sciences some time ago.

Regardless of your major, college is a lottery system when it comes to employment. It's almost like Boethius' Wheel of Fortune. We all know folks who majored in basketweaving or some inconceivable major that is now richer than us. We all know people who majored in STEM majors that are now just making it. And, if you don't, you will. It's all a lottery system, a system of shit tests, 'paying your dues', however you see it. Some people make it. Others don't. Most cling to some modicum of success.
