Her likeness to the hustle and the bustle of a city is her nikke talking who wonders the surface with the goal to reclaim it for humans. I'm sure, many nikkes with such goal would have pleasant feelings to a city packed of humans.

I find her attractive, she hits all of my buttons, yet she's so odd and sticks out like a sore thumb in everything with her, especially her looks.
Even the most "fantasy" of Nikke, like Crown and Chime, fit in more with the tacticool or modern visual ideas spread throughout the game. Visually she's like that one Bionicle moc you had as a kid to which you keep giving guns, items and whatever else without noticing how visually messy it becomes until it's too late.
Character-wise I do enjoy her though not as much as others. It's primarily her clothes and accessories and choice of weapon that heavily bothers me, though I'm not sure if I have any real right to speak on this since I think I'm still relatively new in comparison to most people here.
