I come from a background of enjoying Diablo 2, Titan Quest and later, Grim Dawn.
I never really got into PoE1 because it felt too zoomy and extremely heavy on bullshit one-shots and retarded enemy modifier combos by the lategame.
I mostly enjoyed my time with PoE2, but every time I played it, I just got discouraged by trade league encouraging faggot shit like doing a singular specific area of the content just to generate wealth and then buying your way to victory. Or, if you don't play 25 hours a day, the market violently outinflating any hopes of generating currency, while simultaneously becoming piss easy if you're good at recognizing strong cheap items.
I'm not really a big fan of mach 5 MS stacking gigajuicers that hold down a single button and instagib the entire screen, either.

When do you guys think would be a good time to get into HCSSF?
I'm fully aware of what I'm getting into, with defensive mechanics, bullshit bosses, and server issues, that's not my concern.
I'm mostly worried about whatever future patches are going to do to game balance and/or content. I haven't been following poo2 too closely, around when is the next big content patch expected?
I don't really want to get into the slow grind of HCSSF only for a new league to drop like 6 weeks later and invalidate my efforts.
