He brought it on himself. He was/is the most ridiculous of all Hollywood fake nattys. He could have just as easily stopped the steroids a decade ago and used his massive PR team to run a whole "aging gracefully" image psyop, and he'd be far more respected.

Instead he roided himself to near death (only stopped because he's having heart problems), and went from being a comically large mass monster to even smaller than he was 20 years ago. In less than 6 months! It's like someone popped a balloon.
