this is by leaps and bounds better than this thread series.
yeah yeah, MC was OP, but the worldbuilding was way better, the characters were likable, and other than his parry he didnt had any other "mysterious power", he got that way, becvause he realized his shortcomings and worked his butt off, not realizing that a set of circumstances would supercharge that training.

That was pretty decent, It should make a crossover with the swordmanship teacher country bumpkin. they are similar, but bumpkin was better executed.
