I was under the impression that Ukraine was losing before resources moves to defend Israel. And I am currently hearing almost daily about big Russian advances. I don't think a strategy of freezing a conflict is viable. Russia takes advantage when our attention moves to Iran. When China takes Taiwan and our resources move into the pacific, will Iran take advantage to make a move on Israel? It just seems like we have 3 coordinated enemies who are all going to take advantage when the attention of the USA is elsewhere. The USA cannot guard everywhere and our resources are dwindling rapidly. Plus our rivals get a lot more bang for their buck. Somehow we spend dozens to hundreds of times as much money as they do but they are still able to develop hypersonics we can't guard against.
