What interests me is, how is it possible that within the month I started seeing the outlines of my muscles and looking noticeably leaner, all while staying the exact same weight, give or take 5 lbs? Am I actually doing a successful body recomposition here? I always thought recomp was just a meme and it would break the laws of physics or something, does anyone have any experience with that?
