Nah, all they want is a warning label on the box for games like this. SKG isn't going to make online games required to release server code or anything like that, but they do want games with a shelflife to have it prominently displayed on the box that it is a perishable good.
Basically they just want this for online only games so people don't mistakenly buy thinking they will always have the game only to have the servers shut down and render them unplayable at some unspecified time in the future.
