This is blatantly false and misleading. Eusocial insects have no "leaders" the hive they live in exists as a compendium much like the cells in your body. The female "Queen" is actually a slave that will be killed and replaced if she becomes faulty. In Ants every worker, caregiver and soldier is also female. The only males are the Drones who have wings and die as soon as they are done mating with the Queen.
Many species of animals like Hyenas are Matriarchal but many are Patriarchal like Chimpanzees or Lions. Stop spreading fake news anon. I know my animals.
