Also if you make your deck out of these cards, you'll get +1 skillpoint per training partner per turn. I'm not sure if SP gain is boosted by all the other multipliers like training/mood/friendship bonuses.

to fight effectively in a 2400 meter CM, you need about about 3250 HP (not exact but you can ballpark it by sprint = 1.29x length, mile = 1.32x length, medium = 1.36x length, long = 1.39x length. Source = dude trust me.)
against 2 nice natures with 4% drain each, you need 8% more, so 3500 HP
3500 hp with 2 gold recoveries (11%) means 950 stamina.
if you have every single one of those recoveries pictured, the total is 22.5%, which translates to 574 stamina, minus 120 from tokyo II and standard II = 454 stamina.

454 is the lowest stamina a golshi can have. If you can get all 9 of those skills you could run with a witsmaxxer golshi and courtesy of "speedup mode" for the first 2/3 of the race, basically start the lategame at the front of the pack. Throw on Redshift and some other final spurt skills and it might just win.
