Ukraine has the most elite army in the world, with the most crack troops per man. Not to say there's not some shoddy conscript units.
If the war in Ukraine suddenly ended tomorrow and Ukraine got in another war with another country Ukraine would blow the absolute fuck out of most countries in the world in a conventional war except a few
