I'm following a target I saw some jap posting on twitter, and using a rating calculator to select the skills post career, but it's quite painful to do so. I didn't manage to win the URA on that mejiro because I wanted some skills and I was already hitting the limit (I think I was 50 off B+). I could have bought them before and maybe won the career, but then maybe it would have gone over the limit, not really sure how to go about it
