lol is that why despite the drop, still MORE people watched MoS in its second week than they did for SquirrelMan? How do you spin that one? How do you spin SquirrelMan STILL tracking behind MoS at the box office not even adjusting for ticket prices costing 50% more?

This is a miserable failure for Gunnjeets. A decade of smear campaign for naught.

Gunn doesn't fit with DC. DC is too sincere. He's better with MCU where he can write about CGI racoons doing mass genocide while quipping away. His style doesn't fit with DC. This is why all his DC/WB movies have flopped. The studio was apparently shocked when his first cut was just a quip fest.
