I like Dolores Cannon’s books on the subject because it’s not here describing the akashic records, it’s her clients and everyone seems to see slightly different things, books, scrolls, movies, technological advanced tablets, etc
Here’s some examples I remember,
A Library: This is a very common one. Clients describe a vast, often infinite library. Some see ancient books, others see scrolls, modern computers, or crystals containing data.
A Hall of Records: A specific building or temple, often with a Greco-Egyptian feel, containing halls and rooms of information.
A Computer Database: A very modern metaphor where the client might describe "typing in" a query or "downloading" a data stream of information.
A Tapestry or Film: Seeing all of time woven into a vast tapestry or projected like a holographic movie they can navigate.
Direct Knowing: Some don't see anything visual at all. They simply relax into the state and the information is "known," it simply floods into their awareness without any sensory metaphor.
When I was allowed entry it was like a crystal dome, with grass as the floor, reminded me of a college (I was young and in college at the time) there was beautiful music playing but each person had their own music in their aura as far as I can tell, there was no sound interference from others and I could change songs with my thoughts. I sat down and could pull any book out of my back pack and it would open to where I was thinking of the information I wanted to find
