Russia can just support volunteer warlords. Unlike the drafted-zombies. Volunteer leaders are useful for diplomacy. They can be given assurances such as that they won’t be attacked and they’ll be the only ones to talk to for legit peace talks.
Strong volunteer armies = strong potential diplomacy.
Victims of drafting are merely hostages.

Besides, remember how Wagner group was basically bought via a bunch of gold? Imagine Russia giving gold to volunteer-army leadership.

Besides, it’s rumoured that NATO is using the volunteer-army called AZOV to take over the Ukraine with a different new government.
If that’s true, then Russia should talk only to AZOV for immediate peace.
It’s crazy how much power that NATO is giving to AZOV. AZOV is basically the entire military now because only volunteers are a true military.

NATO is crazy and should do diplomacy with Russia instead of through AZOV.

If NATO is doing it to get Preußen, NATO should just try talking about it instead.
