Can you help me find good combinations for fermented hot sauce? The basic ingredients are White Onion, Garlic and Cilantro. Then you add a chili pepper and 1 or 2 fruits with matching colours like this

Why dont you grow your own vegetables and learn fermenting. Making them shelf stable, healthier and tastier? Its piss easy too
