i had chiped/jailbroken consoles my whole life. ps3 that could read burned discs, ps2. ps3 with mode, psp and vita, nds and 3ds, switch and so on

the only one who has problems with this are some americans, some people can that to go jail because they downloading some files from internet and not paying taxes or something))))
