Anyone else think Canada will join the USA within the next generation?
Here are the following factors I can think of:
>mass economic migration
>economic migrants lowering wages
>economic migrants voting to join the USA for better wages
>increase housing costs
>decreasing quality of life
>inability to protect artic resources
>insufficient military spending + recruits
>decrease in national identity (have you seen the elbows up crowd? they're all over 60)
It seems as if Canada is in a perfect storm for the USA to put economic pressure and national security pressure into submitting. The irony is that the mass migration Canada has had in recent years will most likely vote to join the USA.
