I genuinely wonder if they realize how bloated this is and will try to condense some of these down. I think the removal of the specific order was part of this but it's a little nutty.

Narratively I would appreciate this more than turning them into a group of themed raiders, but I know Bethesda wants more raiders. It would be a good play on how power vacuums work and how charismatic leaders, even if they aren't good ones, can rise to power. That or we could go the Nero route and have a nut job in charge.
