Reading the chink fourms, these are China's new IFV's, APC and Light tank. Allegedly they have Remote turrents, and a new hybrid disel electric engine, along with APS.
This is a little hatch for a drone btw.

This is probably a laser. But I am not sure, but laser trucks tend to be pretty big just to house the battery power to charge it.
