Sorry, real life has been demanding many things from me and addressing them sucks

There's an apology you have to deliver. As much as it's depressing to see someone down in the dumps like this, there's a bridge with a little fire on it you have to stamp out before it gets out of hand.
As you step out the front door of the Stormwatch Headquarters, you note just how frigid it is. It rarely, if ever, got this cold back in Germany. You had already been shivering from withdrawal, but this rattles you. Your long sleeves do nothing to stop the cold and its subsequent tremor. The icebox air invites itself into your lungs and turns your breath into billowing fog. It is not raining, but a cloud of faint mist makes the distant buildings tones grayer.
You wonder if it will actually snow. It's supposed to be possible here...
Off the path, you enter the section for L4 Housing, where the artificial environment hides stacks and stacks of earth-sheltered homes. The grounds of the Stormwatch HQ are treated with a cocktail of nutrients that make it resilient. The grass is quite literally greener here than it is outside. If you weren't shivering, you'd mistake today for a vibrant day.
Stepping down to the bottom of the grove, you see someone dressed in high-vis laboring clothes putting upturned turf back down on top of Sumika's home - which is incidentally someone else's yard. The worker sees you coming and pays you little mind before returning to his work.
One anon, roll 6d6. Target 3. You will lose 1d4 dice afterward.
