The skins (and by extension the voices) in the game are built on individual, named soldiers. We've already seen them as characters in the campaign trailer, and they're listed as named with their voice actors in the credits. While with the beta you were locked into the four in Coyote Squad and the four in Espada Patrol, there's other units that change up the gender for each class. The British Fusilier and Pax Special Forces engineers are male, for example. Most of the alternate skins seen so far are for Coyote Squad and Espada Patrol, but there's also been leaked skins for the Fusiliers and the Pax SpecOps floating around showing they'll probably have skins for all the different subfactions.

This woman can say "just choose another soldier!" because she legitimately knows more about the game than you. And the fact that you don't know every soldier's name is because this woman decided that would set you faggots off screaming it's going to be 2042 all over again, when clearly it's not. You should be kneeling because you have been outplayed.
