Massie is the only one trying to get the files unsealed, which he is trying to force a vote on. Mike Johnson recessed congress for a month to delay it.
The judges are blocking 'grand jury testimony', which is a separate thing. Grand jury testimony is hardly ever released unless in exceptional circumstances, which Trump and his team know 100%. That's why Trump, Roger Stone, and the rest of them keep pointing to grand jury testimony as if that is the 'files'. They knew the request would get denied which allows them to say 'See?! Those pesky dems are preventing us seeing the files!'
However, with all of that said.
My opinion is the files may be deleted by now, and probably deleted years ago, for a few reasons.
If Epstein was working for intel, maybe mossad, then they're not retards who leave evidence laying around. Also, let's say the FBI raid took incriminating evidence on the rich and powerful from Epstein's house (years ago). That would mean the FBI did nothing about it, which is known as a 'cover up'. If the FBI covered it up why would they hold onto the incriminating info?
If there's all this serious evidence against the rich and powerful I doubt they were allowing it to remain for years just waiting to be leaked
Keep in mind there have been at least 3 different administrations in the US since that. Including Trump's massive turnover of the FBI.
Of course this is all speculation, we don't know for sure. Plus you have things like Bondi saying there's 'thousands of hours of video' which makes things confusing
