But felt like general management incompetence where they'll reassure a talent that X will happen and then they forget or neglect to do it at all and push back when the time comes to do it. Probably similar shit that has FWMC frustrated recently too. Cover keeps adding employees and preaching about listening to talents but the numbers still win above all.
