I get what you mean, but that's exactly how all women act. Nami might prefer shotas and other women, but she only lets royalty grope her (Momo, Vivi). She'd still let alpha Zoro breed her when her body gave into him naturally. She probably has a lot of trauma from being raped by giant negro-adjacent fish bastards, but a good hard Zoro'ing would fix her. I'm pretty sure she'd just femdom and cuck Sanji for fun, though.
