That's what i would do if i was a hardcore nahtzee with no perspective to actaulyl win any powerful position in the foreseeable future. I would drive around and provoke road rage incidents then just beat people up maybe even kill them or so "by accident".
There's not really much you can do in court against that.
It also doesn't require any special equipment, training, or weapons since most people don't expect you to be a psycho doing that.
People who get into road rage fights in general don't follow rules so it's very believable that they caused the incident in the first place.
