His blood manipulation actively making and holding the several kilometers La Manchaland together for 200 years, and in the Manager Don story he made a giant fucking wall of blood that would have wiped out the whole park while actively impaled by Sancho's fuck huge spear.

You call it wank, but El Padre is just portrayed way crazier than everyone else. I wouldn't be shocked if Qiu wouldn't just die on contact and, in fact, could fight back pretty well just by how he's shown, but that doesn't mean he wins by any means.
You people put WAY too much emphasis into Mang/Shin, as if Dante didn't outright say a weakened, jobbing Papa Don would kick in a serious Lei Heng's teeth.
