In the USAID NGO tracking I simply searched for "lime". One of the top results was a place called Lime Kiln Arts Theater. Its a non profit art theater in virginia. The leader received $100k in USAID funds. In their sponsors they have a company called Finite Wisdom with a logo that looks like an owl. Another of their sponsors is a brewery called Devils Backbone that was bought out by anheuser busch. I think there is a lot of symbolism going on.
