im at shellwood fighting sister splinter and it feels like ive missed so much shit. I havnt found the needlesmith, ive only found 2 mask shards, and i have a single skill and only 1 red, 1 blue, and 2 yellow tools. according to achievements ive unlocked 5/10 fast travel locations so I assume im at least a decent chunk through the game but I havnt gained a tangible upgrade in power in hours and the bosses that im facing seem tuned for a higher progression character

have i missed an area or is the progression curve really this wonky
