i eat lots of sugar every day
i spend 10+ hours every day scrolling youtube shorts, reddit, x, chan
i spend hours listening to music thinking i should be doing something
then i get extremely agitated, so i have to coom
how do i stop this? i dont want to stop but im getting so agitate every day, i furiously SCROLL SCROLL SCROLL until i find something mindly interesting and if i dont quick, i get so fucking angry i grip my mouse like a monkey grip and scroll more until it hits
how do i stop?
