The worst (or funniest) part is that socialism could probably work, or aspects of it could work, if "socialists" (Bolsheviks) didn't also insist on importing millions of third worlders to act as their violent enforcers.

This is by design, of course. The goal was never to make everyone's lives better through socialism, it's not even about "class". It's about absolutely crushing normal citizens, nationalists, destroying the soul of nations, and consolidating power amongst the "socialist" elites who can use socialist policies as a carrot and a stick.

Read up on "Anarcho-tyranny". It's possible for the state to have the power to protect its citizens (which is what you're arguing the state does), but not enforce that power or, in reality, selectively enforce it according to a friend-enemy distinction.

Just because the government tells you they're enforcing the law doesn't mean they are. Sure, if you or I killed someone we'd probably be punished for it. But if a "crazy" person kills an inconvenient citizen? Maybe the "crazy" person will only get probation because they're "too kookoo for trial" and didn't know what they were doing. Etc. Anyone with eyes can see this happening in the USA.

Same goes for tax laws. They're selectively enforced. During the Biden and Obama administration, specific organizations were targeted for audits, prosecution etc. based on political leanings. It's not some schizo theory, it's just reality. Sometimes you gotta grow up and realize this is what "power" looks like.
