Yea it's just getting lucky but you can increase your chances by replacing Taishin. Her specialty priority is really low, basically any other speed card would be better and since you have so many MLB SRs surely you have the other ones? Eishin has really good events too which helps with squeezing out extra trainings which can really matter.
