Dude, I was visiting Russia quite often, just 10-15 years ago. Even relatively modern buildings in Russia still have toilets connected to small-diameter pipes (like e.g. sinks), because idea of having different pipe diameter for toilets is alien to Russians, because until very recently most of them had outside toilet.
Yes, now many more Russians have access to indoor toilets in comparison to 30 years ago, but you're still putting used toilet paper into trash bin (instead of toilet), so entire building stinks like shit.
It's fucking disgusting, but you don't understand these little differences between Russia and actual European countries, because you never experience superior way of living.
