That's true, I quite love kitbashing GW models, but I use resin / proonted parts all the time. If a connection is shaky I use brass rod or superglue. The STL model gave me a lot hope for the game as its so consumer friendly. Stepping away from it makes me a bit sad and less excited to invest time / energy into this IP.

You might say I'm an "on the fence but interested because the game, miniatures, and business model look good" potential customer. Seeing such a massive change in the business model makes me thing "oh it must not be doing very well and they are scrambling to save the game" which makes me even less likely to get into it. Does that make sense?
