Male nursefag here. Most of the female nurses I work with are not hot. They are mostly fat middle-aged Filipinas, white karens, pajeetas or brusque aging Chinese women with no personality. When I first started as an RN there were many more attractive nurses but now they are rare. As for doctors more than 50% of junior doctors are now female, the males are either nerdy sub-7 white guys, Asian manlets or pajeets/arabs. Senior doctors are usually married or in a relationship and aren't going to risk their careers fucking some roastie from work.
