i hear the seed and orphie banners will be 1 week longer each, so that's an extra 26 rolls
my calculations are conservative, and we always get at least 10% more than what i estimate
plus it depends how many A ranks you get after M6, as each of those is a refund. plus the engine is a 75% chance to win, and not 50%
tl;dr: statistically speaking, you will have enough, but realistically speaking, a guarantee is not certain

the 5$ monthly is the best value, it gives 17 rolls over 30 days
assuming you have 90 days, that's 15$ for 51 rolls, which still shouldn't be enough to guarantee
but reruns happen around every 6 months, so you can get a character the first time and their ball the next time if it comes to it
