Going through your game library and getting "choice paralysis" instead of just picking something to play is the vidya equivalent of masturbation. You are just fapping to the idea of playing a game rather than performing the act itself. If you're on a console it's worse, you can just click buttons on the home screen or while watching a video and then pretend you're playing a game when you're just jerking off with a gamepad. The same goes for "having a backlog" or needing to "motivate yourself" to get up in a game. You sure you don't have ED or something?
