That's all generals, it's just how things work when you have anonymous posting. Everything basically breaks down into rules for radicals style shitposting because it's the only way you can attack people you can't nail down. That's why you never see actual game discussion or battles over ideas.
It's just a constantly shifting list of made up ad homs like "mlturds, yurikeks ect". People just want to argue and feel like they are winning something. 4chan is the place to do it because nothing you say sticks to you permanently.
Unfortunately it leads to hyperpolarization over very minor issues. No one wants to meet in the middle or find common ground. It's just who can get the latest one up zinger.
Anonymous posting still has it's benefits that's why we are all here. But it comes with some massive downsides as well which means you'll have to dig through a lot of shit if you want to have a constructive conversation.
