Thats the thing, I go purely by the picture and my knowledge and experience.
This picture was taken by his friend, with him in the room, and no medical personel visible. Mbe he has an I.V. line, not sure, but he is NOT Intubated, he has ZERO airway protection, if his consciousness is in question this is a big fucking blunder.
But he has the gown and everything, so there was time, and medical personel deemed it no priority.
