It's obviously overhyped but yes it will give you a mildly noticible buzz and maybe balance out your seratonin levels so you can get out of a slump or break free from a dopamine cycle like endlessly scrolling social media.
I think it's definitely boosted my motivation in that regard and will probably keep taking it as a supplement for days where I'm fasting because it also fills that hunger pit in your stomach if you're trying to biohack for ketosis or autophagy.
The real perk though is that it will make your piss blue, or green depending how hydrated you are.
