where should I put my comms console?
Does it short circuit if I put un a roofless area?
does it get some malus for "not being in certain room" (like the clothes machine not being in a workshop and the research table not being in a lab)?
I tried to locate stuff to "have easy access" but I may have made some mistakes (also, had some limited space, resources, and I'm not good at design).
