After almost 20 years, I've started following F1 again, thanks to a song. I stopped following it after Schumacher left Ferrari because I thought nothing would be the same again, and I was right.
I miss Schumacher, Hakkinen, Villeneuve, Hill, the great challenges with single-seater cars that were real machines and the drivers were brave and pushed to the limit.
Today the cars look like spaceships from a PlayStation video game, full of electronics, and the drivers look like kids with controllers in their hands.
I like Leclerc, Hamilton seems like a show-off, even if he has seven world titles, he'll never be like Schumacher.
I don't know, maybe I have to get used to this modern era, but I'll always support Ferrari because it's our Italian pride, a deity and a legend loved and respected throughout the world since F1 was born and even before.
I wish Schumacher were back today.
