I just don't see how this dynamic would work. Okay cool Buggy is the face of the organization, but Doffy is so far ahead of everyone else(Except Mihawk) there it makes the entire group cohesion questionable, and I'm not talking about strength either, Doffy is smarter than literally everyone else there, is a celestial dragons AND has knowledge about the Will of D and Lore Piece.
