Knowing that these names are "untouchable", this could be used to one's advantage. We can reasonably assume that if assets in these names come up in during the course of ANY federal investigation, the investigation will be immediately nerfed and the agents reassigned to something else. I bet it would even dissolve a task force. That being said, this knowledge has value if a criminal wanted to steal any of these identities. They're worth their weight in gold.
