The timer doesn't even matter anymore because you always get this same rotation if the boss is target-able as soon as the Queen comes out:

>Roller Dash
>Arm Punch x3
>{Timer hits 0}
>Pile Bunker
>Crowned Collider

If you're in melee range it will skip roller dash and use 2 Arm Punches instead

Roller dash takes up 2 arm punches but it also double the potency so no loss, however according to this MCH guide I am reading, if you can get the tank to move the boss between the Queen's 2nd and 3rd Arm Punch(or 4th and 5th if summoned in melee range), it'll do Roller Dash instead as its final GCD which gives you like an extra arm punch worth of potency as the queen still does Pile Bunker and Crowned Collider all while the timer is at 0sec.

I am totally fine keeping MCH as the selfish job in terms of DPS. Keep the party damage buffs with BRD and DNC lol. MCH still has them beat for mitigation tools with the wrench.
